Quite reknown in the coffee shops, it helps you extract filter coffee quite easily and directly in the cup.
Extraction :
- Weight 12g for 200ml of water (adjust to your taste and cups).
- Rinse the filter with hot water
- Put the ground coffee in the filter
- Soak the ground coffee with hot water (92°C)
- Let it bloom for 20 seconds
- Pour water to make the extraction last around 2 minutes 30 seconds
- Enjoy !
