Coffee is chemistry and to be consistant in chemistry, one must be precise. So this scale is a must have.

Not only you can weigh precisely the beans, the ground coffee and the filter extraction but it is also very compact and can fit under the espresso cups on the coffee machine tray during extraction.

Its big advantages are its precision at 0,1g (!!), reactivity, timer and flow meter. It's the number one tool for any barista, from amateur to professional.

A quick reminder on how our coffees are calibrated : 

• Non espresso extraction (filter, aeropress, frenchpress, V60) : 60g of coffee per liter of water
• Espresso (2 cups) : 18g de ground coffee, 40g of coffee in the cups in 30 seconds

Its silicon pad makes it resistant to temperatures up to 100°C and is easy to wash.

The charging port is USB-C and protected against water. The cable is provided but not the charger
