This lot comes from several plots of La Bolsa farm. The goals for this blend were quality of profile and quantity. Its name, little bagpack,  is a tribute to the man who discovered this farm, as he trudged throughout this terroir in search of great coffees.

Note that this farm is transitioning towards Organic production and the coffees are already with 0 pesticide residue.
