This coffee comes from several farms of the region, they all decided to go full Pink Bourbon, varietal appeared in 2014. It has several advantages : Good productivity, diseases resistant and most importantly, which is a key point for this production region, great cup !

And it produces a very consistant cup, whatever the producing conditions, which is a big advantage in this complicated region. This also means it's easy to create high volume lots that allow to lower some post production costs in this region where farms are 3 to 5 hectares big and lack room to dry large amount of coffees at once.
