This farm, created in 2001, produces coffee from ethiopian varietals 74110 and 74112.The farm has its own washing station and dormitories for the seasonal workers. Coffee trees grow under the shade of various local trees which ensure protection against extreme weather and a better biodiversity.
Cherries are picked by trained workers and slowly dry in a big building providing shade and rain protection.
