Quite reknown in the coffee shops, it helps you extract filter coffee quite easily. It makes a wonderful filter coffee, really tansparent and silky.

 

Extraction :

  • Weight 12g for 200ml of water (adjust to your taste and cups)
  • Rinse the filter with hot water
  • Put the ground coffee in the filter
  • Soak the ground coffee with hot water (92°C)
  • Let it bloom for 20 seconds
  • Pour water to make the extraction last around 3 minutes 30 seconds / 4 minutes
  • Enjoy !
