Hearing the name Galicia in El Salvador may sound strange but it indeed comes from this celtic spanish region. The founder of this farm, Don Manuel Ariz, left Galicia at the end of the XIXth century to establish in El Salvador and called Villa Galicia this land he bought.

Today, it is owned by Mauricio Salaverria, an expert in fermentation and drying processes. The domain is now divided in 6 farms, this one kept the name Villa Galicia and is bordering the washing station. It won the 7th place prize in 2015 El Salvador Cup of Excellence.

A refined, sweet coffee, with caramelized hazelnuts notes and a sweet lingering aftertaste.
