This farm is a bit of a kind in the region it is 17 hectares wide were usually you only find 3 to 5 hectares farms. Another particularity is that two alpine springs run through it, providing more than enough nice water for coffee processing.
Apart from that, La Martina is pretty much standard for the region. Traditional processing methods added to specific climate provide the very specific Huila type notes so much appreciated by espresso lovers.
