Honduras is not really reknown for its coffees but that doesn't one can't find gems there.

The Caballero (wife) Herrera (husband) are the owners of a series of little farms in the Marcala region, and Amazonas is one of them.

If you are used to Tim Wendelboe's coffees, Caballero's name will ring a bell and when you know a little bit Tim's works you know the farmers he's working with are great ans serious people.

And if you know Tim's coffee (you absolutely should !), you won't be surprised by this one. Clean and striking acidity !
