I met Celso and & Gertrudes back in 2013 when I visited FAF associated farms in Brazil. I was impressed by the beauty of their coffee tress and by the fact they didn't use any pesticides, herbicides... But, le soil was covered by cut grass and cut branches, and it was feeling so soft, just like in forests. In this year FAF blind cupping, I was so happy to discover that the microlot I selected was from their farm ! Their agricultural habits are great but their knowledge of fermenting/drying is just as good !
