More infos :
The farm started in 1932. Originally 14 hectares, it now covers over 40. Since 1996, it moved from trading the coffee cherry to the sale of green beans after putting up a plant for processing coffee cherries according to strict environmental guidelines.
The resulting wastewater treatment of the washed process is used for watering the grass, whose firm developed a new varietal to prevent discharges into rivers. Moreover, the parchment coffee is used to fertilize the soil.
The forest covering parts of the land is protected and contains a large floral and fauna diversity.
40 people are employed and their families enjoy a piece of land to produce their own crops.
