The CAPLAMI is a cooperative of over 30,000 farmers. Members are organized into "base unit" that includes several "cooperative centers", each unit shall elect a representative who represents the interests of his group before the General Assembly. The headquarters of the CAPLAMI employs 60 people full time. 
  
The original purpose of the cooperative is essentially social. She aspires to meet the needs of its members. To do this, it began collecting their production and find markets to sell at the best price. For the best quality/production, it provides to its members close monitoring and encourages special bonuses or social projects improving the quality of life of producers (construction of roads, building schools, wells .. .)

Big body for this coffee with pronounced aromas, bold and slightly acidic on the finish. A very good espresso.
