The plantation of the farm dates back to 2000. They benefit from the natural shadows of mountains and reforestation that has been organized. This farm preserves as much as possible the fauna and flora of the region, some species are on the CITES list (Agreement on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora Aboriginal), such as the quetzal, congo monkeys, the deers, the three fingered perezoso, the hill Chanco, the guardatinajas... It also has advanced processing systems that limit the amount of water used during the washed process and "clean" the water before discharging it into rivers of the region. The by-products of processing are reused for cultures fertisiliation. The quality of the work environment is not forgotten and the workers have modern housing, a balanced diet and medical services. The collecting is done by picking by more than 600 workers.
