This coffee comes from an exceptionnal brazilian farm (in reality 2 joined farms : Camocim and Alatalia). It is biodynamic, which means that added to the fact they don't use any pesticides, they manage a global understanding of the fauna, flora, soil analysis and "teas" that enhance microbian activity.
