In Italy in 1999 is born the company Natura Bella. Later, the company Belco (a specialty coffee importer) joined the company to produce a high very good specialty coffee in Domenican Republic. Ebano Verde is born, an outstanding coffee, in the protected area of the same name.
Of course, added to the fantastic territory, selection and process are extremely controlled. The workers have been trained to select the ripe cherry during collect and are primed according to quality.
Pulping, drying and screening follow the same quality track.
The collect is cupped and leveled in order to aggregate lots of different qualities, just like what great wineries do with their first and second wines.
Ebano Verde is strictly composed of the best of the best greens.
