This coffee comes from 2 farms in the valleys of Montañita and Sanjones. 90% of revenues depend on coffee. Farms in the region know the quality of their production and develop micro-batches based on taste profiles. It is no coincidence that Gwilym Davies, used this coffee to win the world baristas championship 2009.

essais sur une expresso hydraulique. le café à une crème très dense . le café doit être sensible à la T°C d'exctration. sur mes tasses, je retrouve une pointe d'amertume et très peu d'acidité. une très belle longeur en bouche avec des aromes de chocolat noir. |
