This coffee comes from a small group of producers in the northern Peru and is CO2 decaffeinated in Germany. On one hand, this process allows to preserve the qualities of coffee without leaving a weird aftertaste when you drink it and on the other hand, it keeps the organic certification because the process is certified organic.

In the cup :

Intense coffee, with light and pleasant aromas, good acidity in the aftertaste. It will reconcile you with decafeinated coffee. Works very well in espresso and any other percolation method.
