This 16 hectares farm benefits from an exceptional micro climate that allows production of sumptuous coffees under the shade of native trees. It's in the heart of the original region of coffee growing in Colombia, which started in 1883.

Traditional technics of growing and processing are perpetuated from generation to generation in spite of political unstability that made numerous farmers flee. Since 2004, the situation has improved, farmers went back to farms and coffee production is raising again. But tradition didn't die and quality is still exceptional.

Classy coffee ! Great smoothness, good acidity, nuts aroma and long aftertaste. Works very well in espresso and any other percolation method.
